What Employers Should Know About Afghanistan Public Holiday 2019

The administration regulates and grants recreational employee leave based on the schedule. If the administration does not approve an employee’s recreational annual leave because of increased workload, the wage must be paid and other entitlements aside from the principal wage. Female employees must be granted 90 days of paid maternity leave. The 1/3 will be granted 30 days before delivery, and then the 2/3 is granted after delivery.
