3E Accounting Pte. Ltd. was extremely honoured to receive the TAFEP Exemplary Employer Award 2016 on 8 April 2016 for demonstrating fair and progressive employment practices.
First conceived in 2010, the TAFEP award is used as a platform to encourage employers to adopt fair employment practices that could make Singapore more business-friendly. The award is presented to businesses in Singapore that demonstrate progressive workplace practices, effective work procedures and HR policies, management of diverse workforce with productive outcomes along with a dedicated commitment from senior management to maintain said practices.
3E Accounting TAFEP Exemplary Employer Award 2016 Certificate The award was presented to 3E Accounting as recognition for what SMEs can do when they are dedicated to their employees’ mental, physical and professional growth in the workplace with an infrastructure that can take care of their personal and professional needs.
On the day of the TAFEP Exemplary Employer Award 2016 ceremony, Lawrence Chai, Managing Director of 3E Accounting, was invited to join the panel discussion onstage to share his views on promoting a fair and inclusive working environment. He also joined a short meet-up session offstage with Mr Lim Swee Say, Minister for Manpower. It was a great pleasure for Lawrence to be able to discuss on the issue of fair employment practices on that day and would like to thank TAFEP for the opportunity.
In an interview with Channel NewsAsia, Director of 3E Accounting, discussed the importance of attracting talents to add value to the organisation and how boosting employee morale can help to increase productivity. She believed that happy employees equal happy customers. Employees that are happy with their work tend to go an extra mile for the company when they feel encouraged and supported.
